1. Explain the two considerations when building a PLN.
A: one is accessibility in which you can get easy information as well as get help whenever you need it, without calling a specific person that provides the information for you .The other one is responsibility .It's our responsibility to provide our own professional development , because thanks to the internet we have plenty of resources and tools .

2.- In what way is a PLN a “Two Way Street”?
A: Two way street means that not only you have to listen to get the information, you also have to offer help by answering some questions and also providing information for others

3.-Why are teachers responsible for their own professional development?
A: Because there is no money or time or even resources to provide professional development for educators, so it's our responsibility as teacher to look for tools that can improve our professional development as well as the learning for the students.

A:There is not an specific look for PLN , it all depends on the needs of the creator and the type of application that will be require

5.- What are some tools to keep up with development?
A: some of the tools are: follow blogs and news services that provide information rather than search for it, such us google readers and Diigo

6. -What are the uses of Diigo and Evernote?
A: Diigo is an excellent social book mark and let’s incorporate, see and create images texts, and videos of the same topic at a single place.
Ever note it's a informatics organization that allows personal organization trough different types of notes.

A: Other ways of communication for academic institutions are: Skype , google waves

A: Some others tools to collaborate with others are: wikispaces , google docs,elluminate live , PBWorks

A:The best tool to learn from other colleagues is Twitter , because allows you to participate from conversations and also provides a wide range of information ,

10. -Mention the uses of the typical applications that the speaker has on his browser? (Gmail, google reader, ever note, twitter etc)
A: Twitter in this case the speaker use the application to participate from different conversations with his colleagues and also to get information from the page.
Google readers ,keeps his blogs and news updated
Google mail ,keeps him inform of his emails and also allows him to chat and send messages to others .
